Ill fitting. My heel slips up and down. Otherwise they feel comfortable and look good.

It's such a shame that you've had this experience with us this time around. Fit is one of the pillars in our recipe of comfort, so we hate to hear this.

Unfortunately, as you've purchased these shoes in our outlet, we're unable to do a return or exchange. What we can do however is send you some shoe fillers to get rid of the slip. You would simply place these under your removable insert and they should help.
